Q: How long do you keep my design for?
A: Due to the high volume of orders I receive I only keep your order on file for 14 days as each order takes up space in my software. PLEASE be sure to look over your order to ensure you do not need any changes and save them to your computer. After 14 days you will need to place a new order.
Q: What is the best way to contact you?
A: As a virtual business I prefer to communicate via email. This allows me to keep an accurate record of the correspondence between both parties and eliminates any confusion regarding what was discussed. I am very hands on with my customers and can always be contacted by phone as well. My phone number is 209-380-2445. Feel free to give me a call 🙂
Q: Can I get multiple proofs if I am unsure which photo to use?
A: I will send you proofs with up to 2 different photo options to choose from at no extra charge.
Q: What resolution do you need my photo to be in?
A: Please be sure to send a high resolution 300 dpi or better photo to be added to the design you are purchasing. I am not responsible for invitations with blurry images.
Q: Can you make changes to any of your designs?
A: Most designs in my shop can be changed with new fonts, colors and wording, but please contact me prior to ordering to make sure the changes you’d like can be made. Additional fee may apply.
Q: Can changes be made after I receive my final invitation?
A: Yes, of course! As long as you make the change with in 14 days from placing your order. I have to delete projects after 14 days to allow space in my software. (software slows down when too many projects are in there) I understand that dates, times and venues often need to be changed and I am happy to make those adjustments for you.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: I take custom order request on a case by case scenario. I charge $20 for custom invitations. Please contact me to discuss the details and I can let you know if I am able to accommodate your requests. Graphics are a big part of a beautiful design. If I have the graphics it would not be a problem.
Q: Can you print them for me and mail to me?
A: I do not offer printing services. If I take my studio to that level I then become a tangible goods business where I have to claim things differently for tax purposes. Good ole California ! I can tell you that printing is super easy. I can give you step by step instructions if you place your order at Costco or Staples. (My 2 favorite places).
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: I do not offer refunds once a digital product has been designed and sent to you. This includes if the theme has changed, you want a different design, party is cancelled, etc. If you need a new invitation, another order must be placed. While I am responsible for the design itself I am not responsible for printing errors, colors not printing correctly or mistakes in wording that were not caught by the customer. I strongly suggest triple checking your order prior to printing. Any mistakes I make will gladly be changed ASAP and resent. Refunds will not be given when a mistake is made during the saving process or printing process of your design. All images are sent in high resolution. If an image prints blurry there was an error with the saving or printing process. Due to the different screen resolutions on computer monitors, colors may vary on the final printed product. Please note that bright colors like blues and greens will not print as vibrant as you see on your screen. Monitors have light behind the screen making colors appear brighter. For the brightest colors I recommend printing at a photo lab or professional print shop.
Q: Is my purchase secure on your website?
A: Yes, all of the transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. I have purchased the SSL certificate to ensure that all of my customers financial and personal information is 100% secure and kept confidential.
